Good video! In 1968 I bought a new metallic blue Stingray with rear Slick tire and developed the skill at pulling wheelies❤. I did wheelies almost every day -- even in Michigan winters with -20 degrees and snow covered roads😊!!!

Had a silver Krate back in the 70`S swapped the rear with coaster brake and banana seat for single seat . Wheelies for miles

A friend of mine had an orange krate and he always rode it like a unicycle. I had the regular stingray with the nut buster 5 speed. He did a lot of tricking and got the girls but I did more road trips. Then I got a Yamaha mini enduro and my whole world changed. Cool dog.

What's of waste of money 😓 You will find a real one for $75 to $$300 depends condition and whats original But if you just want a real cheap stingray you will find one for $150 easy

5 speeds were $101.95 in the 1971 Schwinn catalog I have , coasters (one speed ) were $82.95

I have a blue original 1968 schwinn exercise bike ,it's in excellent condition. It's in my living room!!!

Thanks for posting. I loved the Schwinns back in the 60's & 70's. My best friend had the green paint & slick tire. He could do wheelies across the school yard. I had a black 5 speed Fastback. I couldn't do a wheelie then & I still can't today.

As a 63 year old still in possession of his very own actual 68 Apple Krate , I gotta say I hate China. Chicago and Schwinn..... That's history we should cherish and work to return to... I will say this though, they created an object that from a distance looks very convincing. Have fun riding that bike. I'd do the same thing until the world is righted again.
