That doesn't look 4.2, more like 4.75. It is definitely sub 5. Either way my 2.7 Supercrew will do sub 5, maybe barely but in 2wd. Your 0-90 looks to be 10.5, you'd probably do better in 2wd. Massive parasitic loss in 4wd. My last attempt on my revised e50 tune was right at 10 flat 0-100 in 2wd.

@shaneswift I am running a 255/50r20 Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 plus. That would look goofy on a typical 4x4 but I installed 2wd front struts and removed the rear spacer block so it sits at oem 2wd height. I also did a 1 inch drop rear shackle so 1 inch lower than a 2wd in the rear. That tire isn't wide but man it grips. It is 30 inch diameter. Truck looks better with a 31 ish and would look great with the 30 if I lowered it more but I tow heavy and run mountain roads so I can't really go lower. Been a long time since I had the oems on, I didn't know they were going to be that bad. I knew my current tire was great but now I know its better than great.

TIP: When pouring in oil, hold the oil bottle with the opening at the TOP. This will allow air into the bottle while the oil flows out and prevent the surging ("glub-glub") of the oil coming out of the bottle. Allows more precise targeting of the pour into the funnel.

Well the only thing I would say is if you end up sitting a lot in traffic sit the bike off when your sitting for a long time.. Run real good oil in the bike. Amsoil motorcycle oil is some of the best for heat. I mean think of all the Harley’s out there running around and there air cooled with just oil coolers… it would be fine.. I’m also 6’1 and rode this bike 35 miles one way to work. So over 60 miles a day .. little small but not bad ..

The most critical thing is not installing the filter cover on upside down. No one explains this and your mic went dead while your were putting the cover back on. You must have it orientated so the holes inside the cover line up with the tunnels on the engine. Are you sure you did it right or upside down? I think you were mentioning it but not sure. Just changed my oil + filter today and a small dab of grease held the spring perfectly.

What made you pick the 14" Delkevic over the other lengths? I am thinking about getting the 8" Delkevic for my KLX300, but it seems like everyone only puts the longer exhaust on them. Any info or reason why people arent running the shorter exhaust on these bikes?

Will this remove scratches and chips completely or just prevent from the moment forward after application after a paint correction has been done?
@shaneswift
@shaneswift 2 жыл бұрын
The ceramic will not remove any imperfections in your paint. A good paint correction will do that. Then you can ceramic coat the paint after the paint correction.. to help Protect the paint from small scratches and staining of bird yuck and things like that.. it always makes it easier to wash. And helps protect the paint from the sun.
