I would add cinnamon and maybe yogurt. Drizzle honey instead of sugar. I am definitely trying this tho

That look so good! However, just s healthy tip. Please never use metal utensils in non-stick pans, and crack or scrape the pans. It can cause cancer. Please use wooden or hard silicone. Your health is important! Thank you for this, recipe, I am going to use this for Christmas morning. Thank you!

That's too much oil for a non stick pan. 1 Tbsp of olive oil, for example, has 119 kcal. It seems that you poured 2-3 Tbsp of oil. That's over 300 kcal for oil only. My point is, it will be hard to lose body fat or lower cholesterol level if you add too much oil.

Those calculations of calories in the olive oil only matters if it’s being consumed in one setting which it’s not

All Calories are not the same. 200 calories from rice is not the same as 200 calories from vegetables, one burns faster than the other. Olive oil is generally better for your health than any other cooking oil.
