Absolutely YES. And with how the rules are now, if someone makes direct head contact, send them off and they’ll have a lengthy suspension. I feel like taking it away was not fair on fullbacks trying to save tries and for those who could put on clean hits without hitting in the head.

As a former fullback, you're absolutely right, sometimes all I could do was a shoulder charge. Just be strict with the placement of contact.
