I have not reached the area where you can start dual welding, I will most likely make a on it when I find out explain where you can start dual welding weapons.

all relics are always active the only difference is those ones don't level up and are most likely one-off skills giving an effect but allow you to scape them as a way of replacing them instead of the ability to level them up.

@@sssss-u8s ok got you because I got 2 mana increase skills and my mana hasn’t went up and my mana regen is still a bit slow

there is no mention of equipping or unequipping in the game other than pets/slimes so I think they would explicitly show an option for it like for pets and slimes
