Hi! From my memory, Upper Burwash Hall doesn't have a separate bike storage space. You would need to put it in your room, which would be the safest, or there are outdoor bike racks available. Hope this helps!

Margaret Addison and Annesley Hall were womens residences and Vic had men's residence at Burwash Hall provided to Vic by the Massey family. Sadly the braintrust at Vic eliminated mens residences and was an insult to the legacy of the Massey family..

UBC Vancouver Sauder school is way better than UTSC. It is well-known school.

Hi, I'm glad you found the videos helpful :) I wasn't an engineering student so I didn't research which campus would be best for engineering students. But, I studied in Uoft's St. George campus and I think New College's residences were popular with engineering students. It is probably the closest one to the engineering building, too. I hope this helps!

Hi Sukaina, I didn't apply to Trinity College, so I'm not sure what the supplementary application consists of :/ But generally, try focusing on your strengths and what you think makes you unique apart from other applicants. I hope this helps!

I did grad psych - and graduated with my Ph.D. Are you going on in to med, with your undergrad focus on human biology, immunology and psych? This is a fascinating focus for undergraduate studies. I do know a lot of new students in first year need to know more about the various colleges. I am glad to hear some info on Victoria College. All info helps. I think it is really kind to make videos with a focus on helping first year students. It is a ways back for me now, when I was at that point in my life, and I remember it so well. It can be really overwhelming starting out. The more access for tips for first year, the better. It was my most overwhelming year. The next most overwhelming time was finishing up and graduating. KZbin videos like this one, Part 2, and Part 1, would have made a huge difference!! There is so much learn, organize, and plan for!!

Great video! Thank you for sharing your tips. I do have a question about choosing a tutorial or not. I am doing my course enrolment for my first year and I came across a long list of tutorials under most of my courses. Do you recommend taking them? Would it be ok if I don't take any?

Thanks Harvey! From what I know, enrolling in a tutorial is mandatory because tutorials may have a participation (grade) component to them. In my case, I wrote most of my quizzes in tutorials. But, there are some classes that have tutorial attendance as optional, which the professor will let you know first class or it'll be on the syllabus. So, I definitely recommend enrolling in a tutorial session on Acorn :)

I was accepted at university of toronto. I want to know how hard is introcuctory math or basic math courses. My careers requires me to take basic mathematic courses

It would depend on your current math skills and the math course you'd be taking. I know that there's 3 levels(?) of first year math courses in UofT ranging from one more for humanities/social science students to one for math majors, which I heard is pretty difficult. But since you got into UofT, I think you'll be good :)
