Rims have slight wobble. Welds are not the best, also top tube was not cleaned well and painted over weld splatter. Breaks don't give me confidence, have to pull it hard to break (maybe need more adjustment), rear rotor needed bending, it took them more than one hour to fix the front break, pads kept touching the rotor, idk what magic they had to use to make it work, bike comes with brake calipers not attached to the frame, probably to save costs. Cables mounts don't have anything to prevent dirt from entering into the frame, hole from the front gear left open. Pedals are too small for my shoes. To sum this up, this bike is overpriced, feels like Chinese bike with Trek logo on it, but maybe its what Trek is...

I just bought this bike 3 weeks ago and it is wonderful. I have been doing a lot of trail rides on it, gravel, road and it goes anywhere and feels fantastic. It might not be the best solution to any one problem, but it is fully capable in so many ways. It's fast on the road, the gearing is excellent and it feels secure no matter where I ride it. I love it to bits. Flawless hybrid from Trek.

It turned out that the rear brake also had seized pistons, and the OEM model of Tektro on my Ridgeback had secure Torx nuts so I was not able to open the enclosure as you so well demonstrate in your video. So replacement it is - thanks again for this confidence inspiring video and your fast reply. God speed!
