Never put a mat in front of glass. It’s paper and needs to be protected.

Well yes in most cases, this project was an exception. Besides you CAN frame art without glass which would be similar.

The picture from the video lead was completely altered. This doesn’t look anything like the picture. Very misleading and terrible practices by not using PPE with caustic materials.

@@SusanDettmer image is actual. I went over it again with another alcohol ink marker. I don’t wear PPE because I don’t touch the etching crème

Yes gloves are important if coming in contact with the creme. I am totally hands (skin) off when using the creme.

cutting soda cans can slightly improve the edge of dull scissors by providing some abrasion

P where did you get that thing from again dollar tree do you know how to make glue or you don’t because I’m just scrolling how to make glue and all these videos does not know how to make glue it’s just showing us the glue packets all it is showing blue things buying glue. @@24thatgirl this video is about a glue holder. You can make glue with water and corn starch and heating it. Search on diy paste.

I got super excited about Gelatos when I first saw them, and I bought up several colors. I have never been happy with the results when I use them, because they always leave chunks of color. When diluting, I end up having to work too hard to get rid of the chunks, and by then my blending is ruined. These look creamier.

Thank you! I have used DEX, Durhams on wood and lately have been starting to journal so I was wondering if I could use Dex/spackle and how it would hold up. BUT also genius using ink!! I have painted it after it dries with acrylic and markers but pre mixing ink!!!!! With mica🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍

you can get a much nicer cut using a can opener to remove the top ( no jagged edges) then cut down from the top to remove the rounded 1/2 inch that is indented. Once that is removed cut down the side of the can and around the bottom nice edges not jagged like in this video
