The merge settings, for example: [shipping_address1] are limited on the template. Will more be added? Currently they only have store name, url, customer name, etc....

Hey there! Brysen from Bold. Thanks for your comment. We don't have any plans in the near future to add more merge fields for email templates, however, I have passed on your feedback to our Product team to consider adding more merge fields in the future into email templates. Thanks again!

Hi Abbie! Thank you so much for your comment. You're absolutely right - the installation process looks a little different now for Bold Subscriptions V1. Recently, Bold released a new and improved automatic code installer. Hi, the payments are shown in the Shopify dashboard? I mean, is added to the total Shopify revenue, behind the "reports and analytics" section of Shopify.

Hey Oscar! The payments will not be added to the Shopify total revenue. When a recurring order is generated, a sales channel titled "Bold Subscriptions" is used. Since the order does not go through the Online Store sales channel, the transaction is not recorded in Shopify's analytics. Bold Subscriptions has it's own reporting and analytics within the in-app admin that you can use to view statistics of recurring orders. You can also view reporting details within the payment gateway account that is linked to Bold Subscriptions. What happens if I have the save product in two different price groups. Which discount will it give priority? The high one or the lower one?

We usually don't recommend placing the same product in more than one price group, however, it depends on which discount method you have selected in Bold Custom Pricing! Is there no way to provide customers the options to choose from towards this gift subscription? for example: I want to create a gift subscription in which the customer can choose upto two different items from the catalog, in order to provide that option I need to provide the customer with those options after he/she has choosen the gift subscription plan. How can I do that?
