When I launch the game, it takes a very long time to load, and a message saying 'Necessary data is being retrieved' appears. I have tried every method, but none have been effective. I checked the network, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I even wrote an email to SEGA afterward. However, when I finished writing and was about to send it, an error message appeared saying 'Failed to launch email, so the inquiry email could not be created.' My account is linked to Game Center, so it still logs in with that account. When I enter the game, it shows that I have successfully logged in, but it continuously reports an error in retrieving the data.
