In the first trimester of my first pregnancy, the sight and smell of red meat made me sick. I also couldn't tolerate eggs and had severe nausea. Went from a meat diet to a whatever wouldn't make me sick diet. Pregnant with second now and forcing myself to eat red meat and eggs.

When humans eat animals to get protein, they are essentially consuming the protein that those animals obtained from plants, as plants are the primary source of protein in the food chain, and animals build their muscle mass by eating plants, which we then consume by eating the animal meat; meaning we are essentially "middlemen" in the protein acquisition process.

Wish I knew this before, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much easier and potent now!

How does she know that our ancestors could not make enough k2 in their bodies and had to rely on diet?? Was she there to conduct research? If k2 is so vital, I find it hard to belief that nature made it so hard to source.

Cut to the chase: @17:07 Diet should be low carb, no sugar, processed oils or vegetable oils. Seems this periodontist uselessly 'treated' patients and earned his bread, butter and jam for 44 years with conventional teeth cleaning without getting to the root cause (pun intended), which is a poor gut biome due to a poor diet. But now he is out to save the world. So lucky us! Oh, and he believes in equal opportunity, I think, at least when it comes to the negative aspects of people. So, suddenly, the dental hygienist who gives wrong advice is a 'she'. Not to forget that for most of relevant history until the present day, they were, like himself, and all who taught both the genders, 'he's.

Ive had such difficult sleep problems all my life I couldnt work nor study along with 100 other symptoms like depression, anxiety, hair loss, autoimmune disease and so on and the only thing that helped was vitamin D but at 242nml/liter my doctor told me to get off it and one month later, the same time it took me to get well, my hell was back again. I've taken megadoses now and Im coming back but wow...lost a year of my life because of that. I NEED to be at a high level or I feel dying. Too bad I couldnt watch the whole video because there was soo many commercials but hey, still good its here! ❤

K2 very important. It helps put calcium in the bones,not in your arteries. Take with magnesium,and d3 with a little food and fat.

Did you ever share this full conversation? I order both of your books as I am learning how to help my toddler develop properly. He is 20 months old with an underbite. Good nasal breathing (thanks to breastfeeding) but not enough chewing. Mistakes on my part as a first time mom. I look forward to learning how to properly support growth in both your books!!!

Seems More like a scam of research. Nobel peace prize winners are absolute frauds ...look at some of the murderous politicians that got nobel peace prizes. Nitric Oxide only lasts for fractions of a second which means it never gets ANYWHERE that you are claiming it does.

If you are taking greater doses of D3 it will only help you absorb the amount of calcium that you ingest. Therefore, it is a calcium overdose not a D3 overdose that is to blame for a calcification problem. So the ratio should be calcium to D3 as well as the ratio of calcium to K2.

See the historical references to "Chewing the Fat" ...and how HIGH FAT carnivore traditional diets (raw and cooked) incorporated "chewing" peices of fat that had connective tissues in it which after a few minutes take on the IDENTICAL quality of "chewing gum" ...which as you continue to chew it HAS all kimds of Amino Acids in high concentration which the chewing helps break down physically preparing for further digestion AND *activates* the Vagus Nerves/parasympathetic system (rest relax repair reset rejuvenate) ...so think of that over a hundred years ago massive success was made in convincing the population to give up meat, eat vegetables and grains and what did they come up with to take the place of the instinctive "need to be chewing all day"? Latex rubber made from plants: completely devoid of ALL nutrients! And then later they came up with even worse versions which are made from various petroleum based products and flavoring and coloring.... Go back to eating RAW PRIMAL. and CHEW THE FAT! IT'S GREAT FOR YOU!
@1truthseeking84 ай бұрын
Eat HIGH FAT *RAW* Carnivore....you WILL discover the true meaning of the words: chewing the fat. AND where the "NEED" to chew bubble gum/etc comes from! They suckered you out of the TRUE HEALTH FOOD and THEN gave you FAKE (bubble) chewing gum...!!!! Comment here if YOU KNOW from first hand experience what I am saying!!

After you get your cleaning start oil pulling with coconut oil, chew cloves with water & either swallow occasionally or rinse your mouth with water & the clove, remove dairy products, brush or at least floss then rinse with water & salt if you can after EACH MEAL. Dairy feeds candida and you may have that which means you’ll need to cut down on it until you kill majority of the candida before you can add it back to your diet.

Do not use mouth wash, it will eliminate the good bacteria to fight the bad one and also your nitric oxide that you need for better blood flow. Wait at least 45 mins before you brush your teeth, after eating , your saliva may not have the proper minerals to mineralize your teeth.

If you rest your tongue on the roof, will it not push your front teeth forward and you might end up with "bucked" front teeth? Years ago a dentist mentioned tongue thrusting causing bucked teeth and ive been wondering about it ever since..

I have the Mary Ruth's mk7 k2 liquid. Will this have any effect if I apply it directly to calculus build up? For some reason, calculus builds up extremely fast on my teeth. I had it all removed by my dentist and they told me to get a sonicare toothbrush. I did and it worked initially but after about a month,the calculus came back with a vengeance

Aarhhh i have an open bite which i found out myself online cause I was trying to figure out wtf is wrong with my face. Weston Price and other writers taught me the importance of the jaw development, etc. But I didn’t see the tongue thrusting/tongue tie issue mentioned in many places. I have a feeling I have a might have tongue tie, I don’t feel like I can position my tongue in a vacuum on the roof of mouth like the mewing proponents advise. The front of the tongue can go up but the back of it, not really. Is this normal or sign of tongue tie? I feel like my middle face/upper jaw didn’t develop correctly, I wasn’t breastfed and also have tiny communist dictatorship teeth with spaces. TLDR: How can one know for sure if a tongue tie is the problem?
