Who arranged this?!

I was given this by an aspiring musician to put it into musescore.. there is a lot to this song Great job. His sheet music is from his high school band . I did look it over.. his version has some hard tenths in it.. I may be able to split the hands up. I'm subscribing.

Very nice sounding. FYI, I looked up the harmonization used by the newer Baptist Hymnals and noticed that they are properly using the harmonization with the 6/4,4/4 meter. The older hymnals used to put a fermata on one of the notes which always confused the congregations. I was very passionate about hating the fermatas on "A Mighty Fortress" until a harmonization which makes sense. .
