You did a good job explaining the assembly and it was really easy to follow. Helps that the material was built precisely too. I still would have liked to have a physical assembly drawing for record keeping but thanks for this.

Hi William, very well thought out design for a bike tent. However, I'd like to make a suggestion on what I think would improve the long distance practicality of the unit. I think if you were to fix the swing out legs permanently into the open position, tightly attach a piece of your flooring material to a new tubular perimeter frame a few inches from the top of the now fixed open legs, then use your tent material to create sides along with watertight zippered openings for access, you would create a nice dry storage area for camping gear, clothes, etc. Once you stop for the night and open the tent, the storage area would flip upside down and hang beneath the center section, out of the way and safe. The extra height when cycling would not be a problem. I think you'd sell a heck of a lot more if you made this simple change. Good luck mate.

This is a great product and well fill a niche! My only suggestion is, while the tent part looks good enough, the trailer looks a bit flimsy and DIY looking, think about a state-of-art fully equiped touring bike towing it, not very harmonious. Would improve so much more if you consider upgrade the trailer part to something like burley nomad (or other similar Burley trailer), and the product will be much much more appealing to bicycle enthusiasts!

Hi there, what size nuts are used here? The one's that came with my pack, only screw on a couple of times, at the very end, and then seem to get stuck

I have recently purchased one of these and I am having the same issue with the nuts and bolts. I think the nuts are M6's when they should be M7's which i have orfsered and waiting to arrive.
