Nice set. - I missed the announcement - which Amtrak route does the station sound announce? I have the Pepsi Red White and Blue (phase 3) set and that Lionel station sound announces “The Empire Builder”

I use Peco double slip switches. They're very reliable. Walthers (Shinohara) makes good ones , too.

I’m here because it won’t let me do free roam on Train Sim world 2. It automatically takes me to a mission instead of giving me options to do what I want. Do you know why it’s doing it??

When I’m going down a steep grade like Marias pass, should I use dynamic breaking? Mechanical breaking? Or a combination? If I use a combination, the train seems to pick up speed

Dynamic brakes, but you can add air if needed.

When ever I go up the hill the wheel slips and the train starts to go down what do I do? I use the sand but the wheel still slips.

Throttle off, and apply the brakes, and start again.
