Greetings from the future! I'm watching this at the beginning of 2025 where DeWalt now has some truly insane impact drivers like the 850, 860, and 870, which I all have. However I'd heard about this 895 and one turned up on FB Marketplace, so I managed to negotiate a good deal for it. It was fun watching your video describing the specs knowing this was top of the line back when you got it. I'm shocked to see the fuel gauge on a black battery though, that I have NEVER seen! Would love to find one just for the collection. Is that a 1.5 or 1.3Ah? An interesting difference between your driver and mine is that where yours says "BL MOTOR" on the side, mine is marked XR.

Your right that does look kinda trippy that the tire is more balder at the way it’s treaded like that but never the less she is all about the speed even if it’s sort of cold she’s all about the ride and like brave heart . I think 7-8 days they take a few days to process orders then shipping from CA plus 1 extra day to call ahead and schedule delivery time

I know this is a very old vid, but... Just got one of these, repaired it, and it seems "ok" for now. My front forks are either seized, or there is no front suspension, I can't tell which. Also trying to figure out how to replace the key switch. Did your front forks work for suspension?

No my front forks were the same way! They are just for looks. If you want suspension swap them out to something better. Key switch should work if you track down the two wires…good luck!
