I disagree with the gasoline… I think it comes down to things like human sweat, bad breath, saliva, dirty ass crack… Stuff like that, I don’t think piss makes one bit of a difference because I tested it. And I don’t think things like laundry detergent matter either… Where I come from there are deer walking through peoples backyards smelling that all the time

I was in this film with my dad, two brothers & my sister in-law. Great memories. Remember them filming the scenes in the house all night long.

do you normally snap shoot ? from looks I see that happening. Your release looks like you plucking away from face upon releasing arrow. Verse just relaxing fingers and release string. Just my observation

@@toddgammons9400 no clue would be great if these guys would release these old videos to the public again the industry is full of useless entertainment to one teaches things anymore

Man, you know the camera used to film this was the size of a rocket launcher. But all the info is golden, I've heard lots of the same or similar principles in modern traditional archery media. It's great to know how tried and true instinctive shooting with a bare longbow is. Whether it's 30 years later, 1,300, or 30,000 years later.

Thanks for sharing. I started bow hunting about the time the original Bowhunting October Whitetails came out. I was soaking up as much knowledge as I could and I learned a LOT from that video, as well as the ones after. I still follow activity from Barry and Gene Wensel and wonder what has happened to Rick and Gene.
