Thanks for an informative video. The sharpness of my background picture somehow decreases drastically when uploading, how do I avoid this? I have the picture from a photographer and the image has the by Squarespace recommended pixel size: 2500 wide. Can you please help me solve this problem?

Here is the issue...everytime you make a new contact form it has to make a new google sheet for that form. You can't put a new form into an existing google sheet. And because you can't easily reuse forms in SS (except maybe in a static sidebar?) you end up with a new google form per sheet. Solution - to get everything in one sheet is to install the Add-on called SheetGo in google forms. This is found through the Extensions menu - then Add Ons. Install that and you can easily combine forms into one form.

This is out of date. The domain forwarding rules aren't even on the DNS settings screen anymore if you are using a google workspace domain. They're under the "website" section, inexplicably. Your customer service is completely non existent on this issue. I can't even get people to my site with "www" in the domain, only the bare domain. WHY??

@@squarespacehelp they are not the same. on folder type i was able to make page for services and have all the we offer as as a drop-down. so when someone visited my site and lets say they landed on /services page they see all service but in a nev menu i was still able to have drop-down. new one does not work the way it auto goes to the first service on the drop-down not the services page.

I tried this an now my sheet is not getting submissions. There is one difference mentioned here that is not the in the email instructions: it says after I connect the form again it will store submissions on a "new google sheet moving forward." Which sheet?! They allow me to put the name of the sheet so I just put the same sheet name I had before. Seems like you're missing some crucial nuance there. Can I just put the name of the sheet I had it linked with before? If not you need to say so.

@@squarespacehelp This is pretty bad. You do need to warn people that when they disconnect they won't be able to connect to their old sheet. SS really needs a way to connect to an existing sheet AND SS needs to allow the same form to be used over and over so that the submissions go in the same sheet rather than every new form to a new sheet.

This would mean, among other things, that if I don't remember the specific file name of a file that doesn't appear in the recent, that file is basically lost.

That's right, the current version of the link editor will only list the most recently uploaded files. To find any other files, you would need to use the search function. We recommend adding a page in the Not linked section of the Pages panel where visitors can download the PDF. You can include a link to this page in a welcome email that's sent to new subscribers. Costumer support doesn’t have the topic I need help with. You don’t have a phone to call, this is costing me a lot of money. Your DNS system is different than Microsoft, where All others I dealt with in the past were compatible. I didn’t need to be a Master degree to deal with others. I need to get email up and running in Microsoft asap, which is the platform everyone is trained to use and I have all set ups in place. How do I get to Use the Domain I was forced to purchased with your company because Google bailed out, to work with the Microsoft system ?!?!
