Thanks for the video. I'm going to be riding the GAP trail from Pittsburgh to Cumberland and then pick up the C&O the rest of the way to DC in a couple of weeks. I was wondering if you had to hike-a-bike over the PawPaw tunnel or was the trail open for you to ride through it? I have heard that there is construction on the trail along the downstream side that forces bikers to go over the mountain on a tunnel bypass trail.

I want to do in early Fall. Where did you leave your car in DC? Where did you camp? How did you get back to DC from Cumberland? Congratulations!
