If your family didn't love you/want you you are scapegoated by society.

I have seen that consistency even when nothing is working is the thing... there is no substitute for it. An episode of consistency even when there are no results would be a great episode

I got into sustainability because of my passion and interest in climate change, decarbonation, and SDGs. My undergraduate training in environmental management also gave me a foundation on sustainability and sustainable development. Good job you are doing Daktari. Hope to work with your team one day of Impact Africa.

I am already in it and especially ESG reporting. I got a freelancing role for sustainability consultant with a Netherlands based company. I am also a sustainability reporter for a sustainability magazine in Africa The Responsible Citizen magazine. Would love to work with Impact Consulting in sustainability one day.

53 seconds in stopped the video .to 🤮. this blood relation family thing is nonsense . it's a lie . most people have been brainwashed to believe that they must treat accept ,forgive and support their blood relations even if they are annoying idiots or worse . i was brought up in a very nice family but have never felt any deep connections to them . we tolerate each other and act civil when visiting , most people feel obligated to uphold this fantasy and are ridiculed and or rejected if they done hold the family in the highest regard . it's all rubbish.

I totally relate with you in that I never involved myself in any physical activity in later years of primary school and my 4 years in high school. I started running since 2017/2018 after I saw my BMI approaching the danger zone of 25 and I dropped kilos from 76 to an average of 61-62kgs currently. I admit I have not been consistent but I always come back after a hiatus. This year I have promised myself that I need to run regardless of where I am and that mindset has helped me to be consistent to run at least 3 times in a week. What I need to start measuring are the kilometres I do run since I have not been keeping any data except for the time I spend running. Also another benefit of running is being one with nature and improving my mental health. Some of the routes I have discovered in my runs, I would not have passed via those routes except for running. 50-60km in a week is phenomenal. I celebrate you Sir.

I saw this video just a few days ago. Well, road running had never been part of my exercise plan and I would do it without much attention and keenness. However, things started changing when I attended one of your talks and started paying attention to the running community out there and it really opened my eyes. I have tried to be consistent for the past two years to no avail, but come this year, I can say that my story has been different. I have averaged 200km per month since January and I can't seem or feel like letting it go. 4.30-6.00am is always my favourable time. I am doing this in pursuit of something new in conjunction with physical fitness.
