What I’m thinking of doing is transferring onto wet strength tissue and collaring them on my top layer of my painting using cold wax medium

Curious what the powder was that you added. Dry pigment or something else?

This is wonderful, Jackie. So good to see depth for a change. You've given me interesting ideas for a mixed media piece. Thank you. Have subscribed.

Is there a way to make the colors pop instead of it being so faded? I love the faded grungy look but I also have seen crisp clear print images on tile, etc with loud, bright colors. How do you do that?

Love this idea! Do you know where we can purchase Dura Kar from in the UK or if there is an alternative brand?

Loving everything you do! These lifts were beautiful. Are you using plain 20lb copy paper? I’d be afraid it would rip as they seem quite stuck to the gel plate. TIA

Ciao, quale marca di colori si devono utilizzare per fare questo tipo di monostampa? Hai usato un prodotto ritardante per gli acrilici?

Brilliant. Gelli shown as singular art form. With so much mechanical reproduction confusing what a print is, monoprint is best. Call it a one off painting. Fusing and layering media makes the image look like a screen print but not as flat.

Very nice video - I'm new to this whole thing, and was wondering - will that gel paint stick well on wood? I'd rather use a paint rather than ink...How sturdy is that paint? I'd like to have it last for quite a while...Finally, if I wanted to put a finish atop the gel paint, such as poly-urethane or lacquer - will it hold up?
