Andrew NG or google course ? If both then which first?
@michaelphammer

I would do Andrew Ng first and then focus on coding some projects or doing a hands-on course. Then I would return to courses like the google course to continue expanding my knowledge

Thank you very much, Michael! I'm looking into get started with Deep learning specially NLP and was looking for reviews. To be honest, I'm still comparing different courses because I think Coursera still missing that hands-on projects that really deeping your understanding.

Agreed! I liked the lectures in this course a lot. I haven’t taken the Fast AI courses but I heard they are hands on and good. For NLP I’ve seen the Hugging Face course recommended

@@michaelphammer Sounds good. I will take a look into hugging face one. If you don’t mind, if am interested into translations specifically, do you know what I need to focus on in the deep learning specialization? I guess CNN is not required at all.

Nice! Lmk how it goes. For machine translation you will need to focus on the “Sequence Models” course within the specialization

Hey! Please check out this article docs.manim.community/en/stable/installation.html and use the manim discord channel. They are really helpful and can probably help more than I can. Just checked out your channel...and it is great !!! Thanks. I use manim CE in docker container in virtual machine, and I am in learning phase about everything : fonts, animations,... + ffmpeg training (for basic mp3/mp4 handling) + SRT (soundtracks..). What shoud be useful would be "use case" templates. Example : how to replace powerpoint presentation or how to assemble furniture or how to cook some meal ;-) Because, ...many "examples" are available.... but like in cinema, it is not enough to know how to make a scene to make a movie

Hi Mike, thanks for sharing your Honest Review. I just started ''Mathematics for Machine Learning and Data Science Specialization" and going to take the "Machine Learning Specialization" after I finish it. I am also taking CS50 Python course now. As I am now doing the basics such as coding, math, and statistics, I am looking forward to taking "Machine Learning Specialization" and then the "Deep Learning specialization".

It's great to have an honest and to the point review like this, with just enough information to know what to expect and whether or not it is right for me. In my case, I have a lot of programming experience, but am in the "Complete Beginner" category when it comes to machine learning, so I'll be taking your recommendation and taking this course. Can you recommend any other good follow-on courses?

Really crisp video telling all the important points in minimum time. I am learning web development ( frontend ) right now, I am really really interested in AI, especially the generative AI tools like chatgpt , stable diffusion xl ( used for image generation , my favorite ). I keep on trying new AI tools as soon as I discover them on twitter, producthunt or anywhere. Please make a video regarding how people like me ( who are into web dev ) can use AI in their work or expand to some other territory of tech as well. Since you know full stack as well , your advice would be really helpful and would guide me a lot. Thank you
