@Sal-gh1se sounds like you're prob trump a few things tho. A. things have not been affordable for a long tim. It's not the president's fault it's capitalism, these C suite execs have by law a duty to make their shareholders money. Now where exactly can they get more money after they've got all their costs as low as possible? B. Our borders are fine, Biden has pretty much continued trump era policies. Plus with our citizens having less kids, you need to offset the aging work force. In a couple decades millennials will be leaving the work force, followed by gen Z a few more after that. C. If we would stop overthrowing democratically elected leaders in central/ south america coz they are more socialist leaning than our oligarchs like, cuz it makes it harder to exploit their natural resources for our benefit. D. No new wars? We are not active in any wars. We are selling arms to Ukraine to help them defend themselves, we are selling/ giving arms to help a genocide. Trump would accelerate the latter and let Russia take over Ukraine and prob let them restore the USSR boarders. D. If you read this far plz look up project 2025 and the SCOTUS decision that says president's are immune to criminal liability, meaning that they could kill their political opponents and get away with it. I've said all this hoping you care about our democracy (yes it's what we ostensibly are. Constitutional Republic is not mutually exclusive with democracy)

@@AmberandCharisseReact Biden overturned every Trump executive order that was effective and now tens of thousands cross the border illegally, including a disproportionate number of military aged Chinese males. The Border Patrol is explicit on this. To say Biden continues Trump era policies shows your lack of research on the matter. That being said...I trust neither Republican nor Democrat to fix any of our significant problems. They are all corrupt, for the most part.

No......this is 2005 ....they have done all the work globally until this...and are leaders of the genre (after started from nothing). Fans all over the world know the line-up. Later came replacements and substitutes to continue this ready made specs further. The girls cry the outstanding lyrics and the emotion of the song. This is an example to show how versatile they are...can do everything. Tuomas wrote this for the fifth album to ballad category specially to top the singing voice over instruments. There fore the band members are not on stage. This whole concert is one of the very best ever.

Maybe "simplistic" but still master riffing. These vocal harmonies are super great. The post-Layne era is hit and miss for me. My favorites in Duvall's era : Choke, Check My Brain, A Looking In View, All Secrets Known and The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here. Haven't really liked Rainier Fog to be frank... First AiC record I don't own. You still have to go through a lot of the Layne era ! Haven't seen many reactions from this album (Tripod/self titled) : Shame In You, Brush Away, Grind, Over Now and Sludge Factory are absolute musts, IMO.

Well, there is a rabbit hole. Epic is nowhere near their top work, nor the song to really represent them. Every song from them are so different : hard to pick one that would depict what they are. My picks would be (beware, alot of the same album : Angel Dust) : Everything's Ruined (mellow, nice melodies and various vocal ranges), Malpractice (one of their most heavy and screamy : favorite of mine), Caffeine (just another Angel Dust gem), Jizzlobber (else than Malpractice, probably their other most heavy one), Digging The Grave (a straight to the point single, Sentenced did a cover of this one), Gentle Art Of Making Enemies, Just A Man (that's a VERY different one, won't spoil you here), Stripsearch, Mouth To Mouth (if you know Mr Bungle, that's probably one of their most Mr Bungle'ish song IMO). I'll leave it at that for FNM for the moment :P If you want other stuff from Mike Patton's projects (they're quite numerous), you'd definitely want to check out at least Mr Bungle and Fantomas. Mr Bungle can be tricky AF, but their California album got some very easy song to get into : Retrovertigo (Avenged Sevenfold covered this one) and Pink Cigarette. Anyway ! You got plenty of stuff to begin your journey with ;) Have fun !

The reason why they're so "unique & different" lies in the fact that they were among the first bands ever that mixed rap and hip hop with metal. I mean, I hear you guys talk, dunno if I'm too old or what, but none of you two even remembered to mention that a large portion of the song, exactly when there's no guitar in it, was being followed by a metal singer that actually - low and behold - rapps. I presume that it like the most common thing among the bands today, but back in a day - oh, nooo... There were, like, Red Hot Chilli Peppers , mixing punk-rock with rap, and FNM, doing it further with metal! AND YES, they have the similar songs to this one, like the song from the album next to this one, and the song is titled "Midlife Crises", so you can jump right ahead to it.... A lot darker, but none of the less fun as this one... But to grasp all the genre variety this unique band possess, here's a few updates for you up to point: 1. The band indeed started in 1979, but as a gothic-punk-new wave group. It's not until they kicked the first singer, then keyboardist, and even the real singer that brought rap into this band - notorious, but big-hearted Chuck Mosley (R.I.P.) and bring a new, original metal guitarist - the one you saw and hear in Epic, Jim Martin, they rose to fame in the mid 80's with a hit called "We Care a Lot"... Singer Chuck was a boose-lover, poor singer and irresponsible and eventually get kicked from the bend. 2. Enter Mike Patton in 1988, a 20 y.old kid then, a terrific singer with a widest voice span in modern rock music - 6 octaves! Mike came from his other, totally radical, schizophrenic band called Mr. Bungle -but they are a legends of their own - I hope you ever get a chance to hear that mad house of sound. Anyway, FNM had a music written for the '89 album "The Real Thing", but haven't had the lyrics and singing lines... Mike Patton, a kid-genius completed all of that - in 2 weeks ! They recorded it and "Epic" became a huge hit, an MTV blast.... Mike intentionally choose to sing nasally on this album (through his nose) to make his entrance in the musical world and business even kinkier! It payed off! "The Real Thing" album became platinum... BTW, check the same titled song from this album - it's EPICLY EPIC, if you know what I mean.... On their second album, "Angel Dust", from 1992, Mike was able to compose a lot more stuff together with a band and he used his experience with his other band "Mr.Bungle" which experimented with a huge spectrum of different, almost impossible genres, to change the sound of FNM on better. This guy is masterfully crafted, very gifted. He can sing and imperson literary anything - from mosquito to thunder.... And in between - he can really sing like no one, oh, believe me. He's got a good voice, the good looks, and a wild imagination.... 3 X factors for success! But most of all, his ear is impeccable! I guess it just on you now to find that out. The band was first classified as funk(-rap)-metal, than alternative metal, but they manage to play with a handful of different music genres and that makes them even more unique and, yes - the original inspiration for all of today's progressive sound bands 'cause they're doing it so good and a way ahead of their time. After "The Real Thing", Mike Patton ditched his nasal singing and went on mature, manish one, but this dude can also sing like some amazing chick or even a child - he's bondless! And he screams and growls like the devil himself. An angel and the devil in one preson.... So, here are a few titles for you on topic of Faith No More. Brace yourselves... : 1. Zombie Eaters (from "The Real Thing") 2. The Real Thing (from "The Real Thing") 3. From Out of Nowhere (from "The Real Thing") 4. Edge of the World - a non guitar pop song! (from "The Real Thing") 5. Midlife Crises (from "Angel Dust") 6. A Small Victory (from "Angel Dust") 7. Everything's Ruined (from "Angel Dust") 8. Kindergarten (from "Angel Dust") 9. Smaller and Smaller (from "Angel Dust") 10. Easy - a 70's soul cover (from "Angel Dust") 11. Ricochet (from "King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime) 12. Evidence - pop ballad (from "King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime) 13. Digging the Grave (from "King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime) 14. King for a Day (from "King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime) 15. Just a Man (from "King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime) 16. Caralho Voador - latino bossa nova song (from "King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime) 17. Stripsearch - electro-pop song (from "Album of the Year") 18. Ashes to Ashes (from "Album of the Year") 19. Last Cup of Sorrow (from "Album of the Year") 20. She Loves me Not - a pop, non guitar song! (from "Album of the Year") 21. Superhero (from "Sol Invictus") 22. Mothef*cker (from "Sol Invictus") 23. Why should we allow an ethnostate? We're allowing Isreal to do to the Palestinians what Hitler started with in ww2 Have you listened to the Isreali government? They talk about Palestinians like they are subhuman. Right from the start Isreal has been fucking Palestine over. Taking more and more area away. Paying Americans to move there and displace native Palestinians. We will go on record as saying ethno states are bad actually.

@AmberandCharisseReact hun plenty of ethno states exist. Israel exist cuz jews were killed literally everywhere else. I'm sorry but you know nothing about this conflict, and if you knew Hebrew you would realized that the government has been mentioning that HAMAS are animals. Ppl taking qoutes out of context is astounding to me. No israel doesn't do what hitler does. Israel fights a war. Yes, welcome to urban wars, wars are horrible and scary. Ppl suffer. Kids die. It's awful but with a rate of 1:1 combatants to civilians that's not even close. Especially when you know the average of wars is 1:7. You didn't have to endore missiles and terrorist attacks almost every day of your life but we do. Funny that the media doesn't like to mention that. Let's talk about how hamas been terrorizing it's own ppl for 17 years ever since they elected them. Let's talk about how the 120 hostages that hamas still refuses to return, some in civilians houses and families. Let's talk about Palestinian education system that is based on killing jews. You can Google all of that. Let's talk about the fact the every war in israels history was started by Palestinians /arab countries. Let's talk about the 7 peace offers Palestinians refused to accept and without suggesting anything instead. Let's talk about the 83% support rate of Palestinians in hamas. A terrorist organization. Do me a favor and don't pretend you know better then ppl who live here. You want to be against ethno states? Fine, there are 19 chritian countries, 22 Muslim countries, and 1 jewish state. That 1 jewish state btw has equal rights to allllll of its citizens, jews Muslims druze Christians Btw. We still have missiles. You want to blame someone? Blame hamas, blame a terrorist education.
@AmberandCharisseReact
@AmberandCharisseReact 14 күн бұрын
Did you know that BB funds hamas? If Palestinians were not treated like 3rd class citizens hamas wouldn't exist. Isreal owns all the land that palatine was supposed to own and control. The west bank is more like an archipelago than an actual area where people could live. Isreal has been bombing civilians without a care, they tell them to move to a "safe area" then bomb it. Idf forces have been on TikTok going though Palestinian underwear and laughing. The peace offers were garbage. Like "hey ik we kicked you off your land and cut down very old and important olive trees but here you can have this group of areas that we will still control and you can't leave.

An ethno state is now than just a country with a set religion. It's one where only people of the set type are allowed. Idf is literally committing a genocide and doing war crimes. The ICC has said so
