RESPECTFULLY mine was a quick VISIT no camping or fires etc etc and i must say the cottage grounds are in DESPERATE NEED of a GRASS CUT AND TRIM so if you really are a LEASE HOLDER you need to keep up with tidying the grounds for when the SCOUTS USE IT !!!

@@WHOTTAPOLLAVA I am truthfully one of the leaseholders that hold the lease on behalf of the Scout Group. We are leaving the grass long purposely to encourage wildlife. We have also had to clean up dog mess.

I literally hadn’t thought about this shit until I found my neckerchief whilst sorting my mam’s loft out and was talking about Malcolm’s ghost stories when he used to take us away with the scouts of Silver Lonen. Sorry to kill this whole lore but I have to make a confession here. Basically, our scout group was from Silver Lonen in Newcastle. Our scout leader Malcolm Landreth (I think that’s how it was spelt, it’s been about 24 years) he would rent out this cottage at weekends. This exact narrative the fella in the other vids about the bridges and reavers etc is what I wrote in a completely fabricated article on TheShadowLands about 20 years ago. I can’t believe I’ve caused all this nonsense 🤣

The only thing I have found that solved the problem quickly, was to hire a cat or 2.. about 3 days and the main problem was over with.. after that they found out that there was a cat on duty and no more mice in the house, and no rats either, I had only seen mice, but someone had said they had seen rats next door.
