I take zero stock in reviews, positive or negative. Most of the time its just sad people with nothing better to do than bitch and moan to a bunch of people that don't care.

I enjoyed the content. This seems it will work for some bars, clubs, restaurants etc. Some places just have customers who like menus in hand and giving credit card to waiter. That way they can continue with their conversations and not have to enter all their credit card information into app on phone. Really that work just moved into the customer. Some won't like that. I do like that there are options.

Many integrated back office software include these functions....is best of breed really the correct answer??
@RestaurantTechGuys7 ай бұрын
As always, the answer depends on the client and their needs. Yes many of the larger restaurant groups find that the backoffice solution does not offer what they need and are weilling to pay for the extra solution. Often times, they work hand in hand as well.

Worked with this system, and it's actually easier doing it the old way. I'm glad to know you want to help the planet, but you're not helping people doing the actual work. Seems like you have no idea at all what goes into it. Great idea, but ya made it way harder on the actual people working. We actually have to worry way more. The hood system doesn't actually work either. Keep it up, and keep figuring stuff out, but no, right now, it's not working out for some places. I'm a 5ft girl and your equipment isn't ok for all people to move around. I had an easier time with lifting hot oil on my own. So maybe interview actual people working in the industry before you try and do something on your own.😊
