Gilbert did a spot on Artie impression on Howard. When Howard went over Artie's appearance on Letterman about the bass slide, that was so funny! I cannot find it on KZbin, saw it once. Fred kept playing the bass slide on the Howard Stern show.

Artie's wearing the exact same outfit on Feb 2008 and June 2008 appearances -- right down to the same maroon-purple shirt with the white stripe at the collar. Only difference is the beard and 15-20 pounds.

Damn, the opening story was unbelievable how obvious it was Artie and Dave discussed it before hand. I know everyone on the show always does this but it's usually not completely obvious.

If you followed Artie closely...you can tell he's LOADED here. He's still very funny here, but this was a dark time for him.
