Music একদিকে, গান আলাদা দিকে তার নিজের মতো চলছে, দুটোর সঙ্গে কোন মিলই নেই, যাঁরা মেলাতে পেরেছেন বলে লিখেছেন তাঁরা -------কিভাবে মেলালেন জানিনা। রবি ঠাকুরের কিছু গানের সুর বিদেশি সেগুলো নিয়ে কিছু বলার নেই।

দেখুন আমি বড় হয়েছি জর্জ বিশ্বাসের গান শুনে, উনি আমার আরাধ্য দেবতা। তারপরে যদি এইরকম অশ্রাব্য কাঁপা কাঁপা গলায় গান পেছনে কিছু অশিক্ষিত লোকেদের বাজান একটা বেসুরো বাজনা। আপনারা কি ভাবেন বলুনতো বাঙ্গালীদের ??? নতুন প্রজন্মদের কিছুই কি দেবেন না ????? এই যে লোকগুলো গান গাইছে আর পাব্লিক যারা তালি বাজাচ্ছে তারাও তো সেই ক্লাস।

Superb and excellent so far as performance of conductor is concerned, but sorry to say there is no suchitra mitra, kanika nor rajeswari dutta nor great great pankajmallick. Oh how it would have been

Excellent as was not like ever heard earlier. To specifically mention that conductor himself giben tremendous performance, but sorry to say singers were not upto the mark as these songs demands more dedication. However we are waiting to see more such presentation.

I heard Mozart, Betovan in different orchestra in my college life. Now, I feel that India must have her own orchestra. Rabindra tagore songs can be the orchestra songs. That orchestra must be instrumental not having any vocal bos if vocal blends with instruments, the instrumental sound overlaps by vocal tone. I am very pleased after seeing this.Jai Hind.
