@SixtyisthenewSixty it used to be running, but in the last few years, I like hiit workouts. I like the cardio and weight training combination of hiit workouts. I may try skipping again one day. I don't like it, because to me, it's the most challenging cardio. You inspire me to give it another try!

You’re welcome! Do you use castor oil?
@soozt82817 күн бұрын
Thank you🙏...I'm 68 and have had Australian sun damaged hands. I will start using caster oil on my hands as you suggest. I have been using Tretinoin (retin A, prescription needed), for last 10 years. This has saved my once ruined hands. Now, no brown sun spots, wrinkles and crepey skin greatly diminished. I wear sunscreen everyday on them and wear protective arm/hand sleeves when driving as the sun UV levels here in Australia are vicious. Keep up the good work getting your advice out there.👍

Wat does dipping ur face in cold ice do
@SixtyisthenewSixty18 күн бұрын
A couple things “they” say is it stimulates blood flow and circulation. Helps with the appearance of pores and overall skin texture. I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks now and it feels so good I actually look forward to it. My make up glides on (when I wear it which isn’t often), so with castor oil it has smoothed out my skin. I’ll do a follow up at the end of 30 days and dig into benefits a little more then. Thanks for watching! 💕

Imagine dipping your entire bod into ice cold water (WIM HOF).....I still want to...I've always been interested in free diving.....did a little bit before I left my native Florida. I'm now 58. Whatever, it's a number, not a definition. All of us are individuals. I don't hang out with people who label themselves as "seniors" ....bleh! My mom didn't want to hang with old people either. She always told me, "All they talk about are their aches and pains" and my beautiful mother never did that. So, some of us are true rebels, and my mom didn't know she was a rebel. I hope my mom can still see me and the progress her favorite (only) daughter is making on this side. I was so blessed to have her in my life as my beautiful mother. God blessed me royally and I will be forever grateful for you Phoebe.

I know people who do full body and I can’t even take a cold shower! My mom was a great example of aging as well. She had a unique desire “to die with her shoes on” makes me emotional because she did. Sadly it was a car accident at 76 years old. But she was active and happy with a great sense of humor and a great faith!

@@SixtyisthenewSixty Years ago, when I had acne, ice was one of the treatments and it WORKED. ICE kills the bacteria...I don't know how, but wow, it did work on the comedones and I had some BAD acne. I'll admit, I had to go on Accutane but the ice did help quite a bit.

That’s a great idea! I can set that up and I’ll let you know!
I have used castor oil on my face and it does make your eye lashes grow in thicker/longer. If your eye brows are on the sparse side, it can help the hair grow longer and fill in a bit but it takes time and at least in my experience, they haven't completely filled in.
@SixtyisthenewSixtyАй бұрын
Oh. I hope to see that! My eyelashes are so short. How long did it take for you to see a difference?
@faitht3643Ай бұрын
@@SixtyisthenewSixty My eye lashes are also on the short side. I don't remember how long it took to see a difference but it wasn't very long so you'll see results sooner vs. later. Other people have commented they also had positive lash growing results in response to other castor oil videos so you should also. 🙂
