Hi hun, wow that is amazing. Super mum right there. Have you got girls, boys or a mix? I am doing okay, in the process of moving with an 8 week old now and that’s testing me a bit. His also going through a bit of a leap at the moment and having a wonder week so that’s testing me but otherwise good. How about yourself?

Hi, thank you so much for your comment - that is so nice of you. The muscle I train the most would probably be lower body. I am very lucky that my upper body is pretty toned naturally but it's actually the weakest part of my body I think. My fav vegetable would probably be broccoli or corn :) Thanks again for the lovely comment - all the best to you!
