The actuator rod is prob not going through the proper socket in the deadbolt, is why The deadbolt is not being thrown. Also you don't need to touch the whole face of the lock, just the Yale symbol , to wake up the lock

It needed re-handed but not according to the method in the manuel. I tried that several times. Yale support suggested the below, and it resolved the problem. The below instructions are not in the manuel. Yes, I understand I can just touch the Yale icon. From Yale Support that resolved the problem: In order to determine the problem, we need to conduct some troubleshooting. If you can please follow the following steps. 1. With the door open and the lock in the locked position, enter the Master Pin Code followed by the gear icon. 2. Press the number 3 followed by the gear icon. 3. Manually unlock the deadbolt. 4. Press the number 5 followed by the gear icon two times.

It is awesome! This is my 4th DJI. Phantoms prior. Definitely a midrange professional platform. Couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase.
