first of all, yes he would have got high most people don’t understand. Jay Z was around when biggie was alive so which is saying hold no doesn’t make sense. They have a record together and another thing that people don’t realize about Jay Z. Jay Z owned 100% of Rockefeller JAY-Z had was a distribution deal so Jay Z didn’t make splits with other wreck labels that’s why rich today he own his catalog, I need to do research and I’m not saying because I’m a native New Yorker.
