i heard pennsylvania had brothel laws limiting the number of women that could live in a house together so that prevented them from being able to have sorority houses, but a few sororities have been starting to get houses as of this year!

When I was at Penn State, I invested in one of those LARGE blue & white umbrellas. The small pocket ones just don't keep you dry when you're a backpack-wearing, campus-hiking college student. Once I got the big blue & white umbrella, I could hike across the campus from Holmes Hall (North Halls) to Hammond or EE West, and never feel a drop of rain, even if it was pouring! Also, the large umbrellas are useful on Curtin Road. If a CATA bus drives by and splashes you, you can use the umbrella to block the water!

hi! the only time restriction you’ll have is how long you can park your car by the dorm hall, usually 15-30 min if i remember correctly? this is just to do the initial unload from the car to a rolling moving cart! but after you move your car back to general parking you can spend as much time as you’d like in their dorm with them!

anything in east (usually renovated) is where most of the freshmen live! i do believe they have housing for certain majors if he wishes to be surrounded by mostly people with the same focus as him tho!

There is other campuses along with Main like berks,beaver,altoona,brandywine and etc.The main campus is where most people go.

@@bellalucas1394 Yeah. I’m not trying to be sarcastic, but Old Main is a building at PSU UP. Other schools I got accepted too have videos and interactive short films that show you around campus and all the fun architecture. Indiana University has videos showing all the cool buildings and places on campus and if you type in the university you see so many students having a good time, the same for University of Tennessee. If you type Penn State into google images, all you really get is pictures of the Old Main building. The military required me to make a decision of where I would be moving before I got all my decisions back. I guess I’m just concerned I would have had a better time at a school that seems more interactive. I haven’t been to visit PSU yet though, so I guess I will find out if it was the right choice. If it isn’t, I will just transfer to a different university for grad school. Sorry about the rant. (I’m a transfer student btw).
