We watch this together many years ago, have it on a DVR, NEED to transfer to DVD. Amazon is always out of stock. Beautiful luv story, we both cried at the end. Thanks guys for doing this for us.

Totally entertaining gay comedy from 1999. Watched this with a sold out crowd at the Castro Theater during Pride month. Great cameo by the drag queen in the bathroom - ‘It burns!’

Self-awareness is the only solution to the power of one sanity. It's okay to be gay as long as you don't engaged with anyone that you don't know and you might catch HIV or deadly disease.

4th Guard company. Served with them starting Oct 1999. It is a true story, though not exactly 100% accurate as you can imagine. What’s fascinating, is that Eismayer is (was?) considered to be the toughest SOB and gave everyone hell. Sometimes he would train us until we fell, other times he could be your understanding friend. He was fair, very well respected and we did end up being spectacularly trained at the end of our service.

I made it to 1:40 when he grabbed him by the neck, pushed him and screamed at him, "YOU MADE ME A PROMISE!!!!" ..... Have not watch the film but I would have RUN IMMEDIATELY and would have NEVER see that guy again !!!!!!!!! I despise aggressive behavior !!!
