Beautiful cover! I was searching for a guitar tab to learn this amazing piece, but couldn't find one. Thankfully, I've found this video to serve as a guide. Well done guys.

How did you discover where to have physiotherapy? Was it only for hands?
@theIcon_officialАй бұрын
Hi! It was a trial and error process. When I started experiencing pain it was on my right shoulder, so that's where I started to do the first therapy sessions. Shortly afterwards the pain shifted down to the arm and the hand. Consider I was "trapped" in a foreign country during the pandemic so it was even harder to figure out exactly what to do. When I was finally able to get back to Italy, I did all the exams but the damage was already done so the contingency plan was just to do some generic physio to the Median Nerve (hand), the Epicondyle (arm) and Brachial plexus (side neck - shoulder). As a result I don't have pain anymore, but my right thumb has been numb and tingling since that day. Quite annoying to be honest as it is a constant feeling, expecially when playing guitars or bass. I usually do stretches and avoid to play music when my hands are too cold to minimize the feeling. Hope this helps. Cheers, Adriano - theicon :)

@theIcon_official I understand very well and have been through something similar. Joint damage created from the adopted posture of being hunched over on crutches with heavy weight on my back. All that mechanical dysfunction weakened my joints and made it harder to breathe. STILL improving it. The neck and shoulder area feels stiff. That's when I found out the movement for piano is powered by the shoulders and back area. The hands just follow the arms.

We live on a mountain Right at the top There's a beautiful view From the top of the mountain Every morning I walk towards the edge And throw little things off Like: Car-parts, bottles and cutlery Or whatever I find lying around It's become a habit A way To start the day I go through all this Before you wake up So I can feel happier To be safe up here with you It's real early morning No-one is awake I'm back at my cliff Still throwing things off I listen to the sounds they make On their way down I follow them with my eyes 'till they crash Imagine what my body would sound like Slamming against those rocks When it lands Will my eyes Be closed or open? I go through all this Before you wake up So I can feel happier To be safe up here with you

This was meant to be Elsa’s Then Let Me Be Evil song. Everyone had isolated and shunned her and she’s tired of hiding and shielding herself. The world sees her as evil? Fine. She will be evil. Having it in a minor key hammers in how in liberating herself, Elsa has doomed the world around her. One giant missed opportunity
