This shop took my money and ignores me for 2weeks! Plus they delete all comments! No answer and customers supports at all! Don’t buy anything here. They don’t answe to your mails, they delete all bad comments, they change your shop status wherever they want. They only take your money. I send more then 20 mails and zero answer. Scam shop and worst shop ever. (Sorry for google translate) Dieser Laden hat mein Geld genommen und mich 2 Wochen lang ignoriert! Außerdem löschen sie alle Kommentare! Keine Antwort und Kundenunterstützung überhaupt! Hier nichts kaufen. Sie antworten nicht auf deine Mails, sie löschen alle schlechten Kommentare, sie ändern deinen Shop-Status, wo immer sie wollen. Sie nehmen nur dein Geld. Ich schicke mehr als 20 Mails und keine Antwort. Betrugsshop und der schlechteste Shop aller Zeiten.

Despite my best efforts, including writing numerous emails, I have yet to receive the product I ordered. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but also a significant amount of frustration. Lack of Effective Communication: One of the most challenging aspects of this ordeal has been the lack of effective communication from Computer Universe. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out and resolve the issue, my concerns seem to have fallen on deaf ears. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on their customer service ethos. Unfulfilled Promises: The core issue at hand is the unfulfilled promise - the failure to deliver the product I paid for. As a customer, I expected a basic level of service, which unfortunately has not been met. This experience has significantly eroded my trust in Computer Universe. Next Steps: In an effort to ensure that others are aware of this situation and can make informed decisions, I am in the process of creating a detailed video about my experience. Ich will laptop und noch viel Sache bei Computeruniverse bestellen aber ich will erstmal über technische Sache fragen. Hab telefoniert, und das dauert bis halbe stunde in der Schlange, niemand war dran. deswegen ich habe kein BOCK mehr und habe einfach die Sachen beim anderen Geschäft bestellt. Computeruniverse hat bestimmt tausende Euros von mir verloren. Sorry, aber du bist einfach langsam zu reagieren

Good afternoon, I want to warn foreign users against buying goods on computeruniverse.net, in February I made two orders (Order number 2021021509360285 dated 02.15.2021) and (Order number 2021021916472973 dated 02.19.2021) the possibility of delivery to the warehouse was from 3-5 days and The store canceled both of my orders, they sent me a letter that they would not send me this product. Sorry, aber die Bildschirmauflösung beträgt 800x480. Habe das Tablet selbst, möchte es aber ersetzen und werde das neue Tab aus Ihren Shop beziehen, da man viel gutes hört. Gruß Widfek
