Wow, awesome as usual. Am one of the biggest fans of your houses and infact contacted your office. While am wanting to build a smaller house upto 3000sqft, waiting for Alpha fine homes to start “Smaller Single family Individual houses” projects in less area space as well. While everyone keeps increasing the standards only for bigger houses and mansions, if similar luxuries can be brought for “small nuclear family houses” then that is “One-of-a-kind” achievement setting greater standards for small houses as well..!! Isn’t this a great idea ? Is it possible for Alpha fine homes ?

This is the Versailles home, one of the biggest in the U.S. and it's around 89 or 90 thousand square feet. Last I heard, it's almost finished. COVID had it's affect on the Billionaire, they almost lost everything but have since recovered. ✅💯
