Alex is not underrated at all. He swept and bulldozed every Guitar Player's poll on the eighties. The reason of the oblivion is that in the nineties with the grunge fashion the music made a sad downgrading, and people's taste favored untalented musicians.

What a shame, Ron who is a bad singer, even worse on harmonica and average guitarist in the light and Master Taylor in the shadow, it's kill me.

I couldn't make it to the gig cos my hip is giving me gyp but it's good to see what I missed. Grace sounding a bit apologetic but the voice is still there & she's looking amazing as always. Thanks for the upload.

Kate Bush rich enough to do what she wants, no to have to sing old songs ad nauseum on Hits Tours. Free to evolve musically, cos it's not 1980...

Live 79 is a good version...however not a patch on the live 77 versions with the mighty Robert Calvert himself singing his own lyrics with his full on passion ...this version hear beats all live versions released so far...the explosion of sythns at the end is especially brilliant and spine tingling........kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpLckp9midegrMk

@@Spirit-Of-The-Age This is a mediocre singalong compared to released live versions with Bob on vocals; he brought real menace to the song.

Especially this band...and especially their work with Robert Calvert throughout the 70's...His lyrics from then not only sounds more relevant than ever and have come true in many cases...they also still sound ahead of their time over 45 years later...........He was a true visionary, warrior poet. A man of integrity and honour attempting to warn people of the impending corporate dystopia that was unleashing itself across Mother Earth......Songs such as Spirit Of The Age, Uncle Sams On Mars, The Age Of The Micro Man, Psi Power etc remain more relavant and important than ever.

This was really good! It's Bormann not Goering standing next to Goebbels. And Wyman was long gone before he was sixty, and he was the oldest member. Still very funny. Kudos! It's a shame on the views. Really good stuff here. The line about Wood ruining both the Faces and the Stones is hilarious. Especially when 'said' by Hitler. There were other very funny lines.
