What I would define as a Well rounded person. Someone that starts the day off with an idea on a map instead of a map with an idea. Now the jogging route gets challanging, because life doesnt have a clear destination or purpose. The only compass to finding honesty and positivity is with honesty and positivity. However that takes openess and openess can hurt. This would lead to toughness and resilance but too much and you become cold and forget why you even started Jogging.

Adam, I am so glad to witness your continued growth as an individual and see that you are doing well. Don't be concerned about you drifting off in this podcast with your thoughts and emotions. You spoke from the heart and that is what people want and need to hear. Personally, I have had some terrible and painful things happen to me in my life. However, I try and turn a negative into a positive by using those unfortunate experiences to help me in some aspect of my life in the future. I also have made mistakes in my life, whereby I apologize to those that I have hurt, and change my behavior in the future. Each day is a new day, a second chance to be the best man I can be. So my motto is find a positive out of bad experiences that you can use to help you in the future., own your mistakes, and use each and every day going forward as a new opportunity to be a better man.
