Klondyke road baby, what’s up Adam I can remember u guys having the crocodile mile water slide and it was so damn fun to slide down that thing I lived right beside you guys and always had a blast doing exactly what u said just waking up in the mornings and thinking ok it’s go time, and yes outside was definitely where the fun was.

Totally agree with Michael’s take on relationships and family… thank you for the information on Methylene Blue…. Wow! I’ve seen it used in the medical field, but did not know these medicinal uses.

What I would define as a Well rounded person. Someone that starts the day off with an idea on a map instead of a map with an idea. Now the jogging route gets challanging, because life doesnt have a clear destination or purpose. The only compass to finding honesty and positivity is with honesty and positivity. However that takes openess and openess can hurt. This would lead to toughness and resilance but too much and you become cold and forget why you even started Jogging.

It's unreal 👍 1:00 My family does a performance for Autistic kids at the zappos theater yearly. You should take your son.There is a stage and lots of family couples do a talent show with thier kids. Adam, I am so glad to witness your continued growth as an individual and see that you are doing well. Don't be concerned about you drifting off in this podcast with your thoughts and emotions. You spoke from the heart and that is what people want and need to hear. Personally, I have had some terrible and painful things happen to me in my life. However, I try and turn a negative into a positive by using those unfortunate experiences to help me in some aspect of my life in the future. I also have made mistakes in my life, whereby I apologize to those that I have hurt, and change my behavior in the future. Each day is a new day, a second chance to be the best man I can be. So my motto is find a positive out of bad experiences that you can use to help you in the future., own your mistakes, and use each and every day going forward as a new opportunity to be a better man.
