Terrible technique. Should take no more than 2 minutes to make a medium egg.

can't wait to try this! I would put the pepper, ground, into tea bag....whole pepper corns could barely do their job ,,,plus it's a waste of pepper corns......

I love watching your videos, you have a fun personality, but the cussing really puts me off. When I was younger, every other word was the F word, but I'm older now and I just don't like hearing foul language. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes.

What's the recipe for a service with less than 15 minute ticket time? Is there a parcook of this and then refire from the hotbox?

Hey, listen, love your videos more than you know. What what YT is desperately missing? You... but with videos aimed at line cooks/industry folks. Seen stuff on your site. It's fire. Give us inspiration to impress our bosses with daily/weekly specials.

I roll it between plastic wrap or parchment paper or wax paper even used a clean plastic bag once & a glass soda bottle as a rolling pin once. It’s so much easier to get a thin flaky crust. & pinch it with your fingers for a great edge. Been doing this for over 50 years

How much melted butter did you use? Also, I tried to go to your website and it says it's not there. How do we find your recipes?
@jimtonikushner19212 жыл бұрын
I'm sure the recipe will be very good, but a little less flippant and fowl language. Why do you feel it necessary to add this with the video. Maybe remember your audience and especially the example we give to our younger audience. I really am amazed that so many of your audience finds this acceptable. I find it sad to see our younger generation use words that are offensive as a normal way of communicating. Good luck with the video.
@debrapeterson71062 жыл бұрын
I agree that the flippant language is not professional, although your personality is fun to watch. The language dis-allows me recommending the video to others. Perhaps editing and putting a beep sound over those words could be helpful. Thank you for a great presentation. How much butter? I did not hear, even after going back... Website for your recipes? Again , Thank you.>>

Excellent video. I make viet fusion tacos frequently, a few different ways. The only criticism i have is the store bought tortillas....making your own fresh tortillas isnt that much work, and will bring your tacos to another level. Plus you can add blended beet, or moringa, or other colorful veggies to your masa to have brilliant colored tortillas.... presentation is everything.
