The abu Garcia rod and reel combo that you just got is not a very good reel it is cheaply made, anti backlash system doesn’t work. There is just a lot of problems with it. And this is coming from someone who recently bought it and now is returning it. So you guys might want to return it.

@@jerryrigsit5400 oh yes, we take extreme caution when messing with snapping turtles. This was an accidental catch, the target was cat fish. The turtle just found the bait before the fish did.
