Hey I got a suggestion for you I am also running this in the same processor amd a12-9720p paired with 8gigs of ddr4 ram and integrated r7 graphics I am getting 30fps stable in medium fps by changing the priority and setting affinity to all cores in task manager... With no input lag screen tearing and stutters

If you want open-world games that runs that Specs, just buy Watch Dogs until you get a better laptop.

hey man, just a friendly comment :P, if you overpass the limit of video memory, the frame rate is gonna drop a lot , imo its better to dont pass the limit, so i can run smooth
