how to acquire the design?

Great tour as well usual, but it’s annoying that you guys don’t throughly show the bathrooms. I notice that usually you go straight to the bathtub and only do B-rolls of the sink and shower. It would be nice for us to get a better view and detail of the sink, shower, floor tile and other elements of the bathroom as well.

Se o projeto fosse para minha família, ficaria algo diferente. Em primeiro lugar, o teto e as escadarias não teriam madeira. Adoro madeira mas, mais ainda, árvores em pé, bem vivas. Como o projeto tem 3 pisos superiores e muitos degraus, adotaria um elevador, pois o tempo passa e a capacidade física humana fica limitada... Também não faria um quarto em subsolo. Se ali ficar um espaço, quem sabe seria para sala de tv, biblioteca, escritório e/ou oficina. Também nunca faria um quarto ao lado da cozinha, pois por mais exaustores que se coloque numa cozinha, cheiro de comida num quarto é horrível; no nosso projeto, nesse espaço seria uma despensa e lavanderia, com banheiro, pela praticidade que há em se ter cozinha, despensa e lavanderia bem próximos. Nos andares superiores ficariam três suítes, uma por andar, no primeiro seria a master. Dispenso uma área de lazer na cobertura, ali ficaria a terceira suíte. No jardim do fundo ficaria o espaço gourmet, também teria chaises lounge e, quem sabe, uma piscina e área verde. Reservaria, também, um lugar para canteiros de temperos e ervas de chás. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
