This collar had me bruised so badly on my chest, clavicles and shoulders after wearing it one night I never wanted to put it on again. The doctors office didn't fit me with it, the girl only showed me how to put it on.... She never advised me to pad it.I don't think any doctor would wear it again after the first night of sheer torture, I believe or hope they would work with a company to better it. Not only the pain of the collar and the bruising it was causing I woke numerous times where it was so tight on the front of my neck I was gagging and choking. To put it on a patient who had just had cervical surgery and expect them to just deal with it? No, Your company should not be proud of what they have come up with. They need to go back to the drawing board and fast to prevent this horror from happening to others.
