I just recently noticed this but when lucifer was first seen in episode five, he looked normal, but in episode eight, the final battle against adam, he was slightly glowing an aura of golden yellow. I think its his divine light since he technically still is an angel in a way.

I just wish he would fill the "ruler" aspect of his character. Of all the things you could've done, you make Lucifer, the one who created sin, someone who hates himself and is basically a big baby. Don't get me wrong, I love his character, and I look forward to see how he develops, I just wish he was written to where the people actually, well, fear him. He's just presented as a joke, and maybe he'll turn that around in season 2 (highly doubt it) but you never know. He is the literal sin of pride, and I barely embodies it. He's just happy and joyful half the time, and depressed and builds damn ducks all day. It's definitely an interesting take, I'll give it that, but I guess I'm just not used to it. I'll most likely warm up to it in the future, but I'd like to see his other half at some point, or at least him taking the king role.
