Sadly, some individuals appear to be trapped in a cycle of dissatisfaction, perhaps due to their chaotic upbringing or narcissistic tendencies. Such relationships are ultimately toxic, leading to unending unhappiness and unresolved issues for both individuals. If the person is willing to talk about these issues and seek help on both sides, it can be overcome, but if one is in denial, then..it’s essential to completely cut ties. Only then can you genuinely move forward and find healthier dynamics.
