I like that this gym gives two ratings. But if I'm being honest those holds, even though a tad slopey, look massive. So i would compare them to the routes in my gym and would categorize it as a tough v3 easy v4

Nicely done. Thats a v6 easily i reckon. Has the holds of a v4 but the distance, campus parts and the last difficult positioning make it v5+

I go to chain of gyms and one undergrades(I do almost all v3), where other overgrades(I did 1 v3 and the rest aren't even close). Yet, I like the challenge and grades will come with time. Have fun?
