If you had 3 of these can you use them as a three (3) way switch? Place one in basement, one on 1st floor and another on the 2nd floor where all three control the same lights? I want to turn the lights on and off without walking around with the smart app switch

may i know have you try to test the wifi range of the device from the router? how far it connect?

It depend on the wifi router signal range not this devices. Different quality wifi router have different range.

The switch have three version, need live and neutral version, don't need neutral version, could work for both version.

can i add a user, that has 4 digit unlock code for a specific set of dates remotely, using my app (not on the same wifi). Basically the door is installed and put on wifi in location. all is working. But i want to be able to add or remove codes for new visitors to my rental apartment. can this be done with the Tuya app kilometers away?

This light goes offline whenever I turn it OFF through the Smart Life app for the night. The next day it isn't visible to the app (shows it offline) and I have to manually turn it ON by pushing the button underneath it. Totally uncomfortable to do that all the time instead of remotely turning it On and OFF through the app. If I wanted a lamp that I have to manually switch it on and off through a button, I would have bought a regular one, not a WiFi one.

Our model don't need on/off by manual switch. You could on/off it by app. You should purchase similar shell model from other suppliers.

This bothers me a little bit cause I can connect tuya app to google home assistant and I have google home mini spread around my house with an active wifi connected on it..any strangers via voice command could simple say "hey google unlock the door" and it will open my door easily

This model is double click reset button to change language. Different lock have different setting way and support different languge.
