This is such a common problem that i dont go to any restaurant 30 before closing too many places just have there open hours longer then there actual operational ones

As a coffee shop, I feel like my menu gets bogged down with drink sizes and iced/hot. We end up asking the size and iced/hot for almost every customer (they just order a "vanilla latte" so then we have to ask if they want it iced or hot, small or large).
