Passed by them last summer on the way down to Bunnahabhain, but the distillery didn’t seem open at the time.

@@stilltalk Yeah we’ve preordered one I think. I was under the impression they hadn’t opened yet at all back then, even a visitors centre which I suppose they must have. Port Ellen was of course under construction, and I suppose still must be.

That dumpling looks perfect. My mother in law achieved the shiny skin by putting the dumpling on the hearth in front of the fire. 😊
