@@CoolToysandCoolThings Well, I formed a 7 man squad from each year's Joes, except I had to combine '83 & '84, so 12 squads. A platoon leader, medic, 2 infiltrators/scouts, sniper, driver, & 2 squads make 20 guys, just enough to fill an APC, so 6 total.

It looks like that Fang was part the 3.75" Anniversary line. The Anniversary vehicles appeared to be retooled from the original vehicles since the Anniversary figures were slightly taller than the original ones. I never had the Fang either the original or Anniversary version. I am enjoying the Classified line since the figures get modernized updates to the orginal appearance. I started picking the figures last year, it's mostly the figures I didn't have as a kid.

@TK-yz3wt The classified line is cool But I've been collecting the 3.75/4 inch line for a long time. So that's what I'm mostly collecting. But I do pick up some once in a while from the classified line. I think they're awesome, but it's too late to start collecting them now. It would be too expensive to catch up. To what you said about the GI Joe Classified line. It's a double-edged sword with that, I think. On the one hand they're VERY detailed. I got the Baroness the comes with the Cobra COIL, & await the Cobra Rattler. I think their size allows for the details that we want. The flip side of that though is that I live in an apartment, so I only have so much room. I didn't get the Classified series HISS tank because of the size (It hurt to not get it, believe me). I mean, where am I expected to put these things when I live in an apartment? I'd adore it if they were the sizes of the old GI Joe ARAH line, I just don't know if the small sizes would allow for the intricate detail we want.

@@CoolToysandCoolThings I pre-ordered the HIYA series Baroness. From what I saw on their site it has articulation similar to the Classified series Baroness, but is about the size of the old ARAH GI Joe series toys. It also has a couple of removable/replaceable hands. What I liked about the old ARAH toys, in particular the Cobra side of things, is that their toys were smaller the GI Joe side. You were lucky to find the FANG. I never could.

The original FANG was one of my first Cobra vehicles. Cobra seemed to have more of these stand-alone (no figure included) vehicle options. They weren't super expensive, which made them appealing as a kid.

@kahluacoke 😎 It was great that at the time, some toy companies considered budget toys so parents could buy their kids A toy that wasn't very expensive. It seemed like there was a small, medium and large toy size Like fast food. LOL 👍

When you put on the decals use a toothpick or a wooden cuticle tool. It makes it easier to keep a steady hand..

@@CoolToysandCoolThings i had almost the entire line and big parts of rise of cobra but had to dump them in a move,tried to rebuy it later and oh boy did prices go up and only found parts of it..figures that used to go for 8 usd is now 30-45 bucks never mind the multipacks like the cobra island stuff

Those figures are so cool! I didn’t think much of the movie (I actually don’t remember it very well), but the figures are excellent. They still can be picked up at a reasonable price on eBay, so take that scalpers!

I’ve got one of those Humvees! The line’s called World Peacekeepers by a company called Peterkin I believe. Target here in Australia carried them for a while, but unfortunately no longer. The figures aren’t the best, but the vehicles are awesome! I’ve also got a couple of helicopters, a truck and a Jeep. I’ve been meaning to “dirty up” the humvee with paints for years now, but I haven’t got around to it yet. Maybe your video is a sign? Ha!

😎 Awesome, Yeah, I hope I inspired you to paint your toy vehicle. In some of my older videos, I've painted 🎨 some vehicles, and it turned out ok! I might do a video in the future of me customizing some more vehicles. I usually use spray paint from a can. Careful with BBTS. They don't adhere to their own item condition grades. They send damaged items and then claim it's within the standard or collector grades. You have to pay for return shipping with them as well. I've moved on to Entertainment Earth. They'll send you a banged up item once in a while, but they don't give you a hassle and cover return shipping.

Good in the end because there was no damage And I planned on opening them anyway, but yeah, if I was a mint inbox collector and that was the last one I could get then that wouldn't look too cool on a shelf or would it. Probably was on (loosely) when they shipped it and it shook off in transit. His head is meant to be swapped anyway, if you’re opening it, it’s no big deal.

"The big deal" is that if this was a completely sealed box with no plastic window, no one would know if it was actually broken or not! Unless you heard it rattling around in the package. That's why I made a second video, it was called the headless He-Man and his head went on just fine. The whole purpose of this video was to prove the fact that you should record opening packages from any store in case there are real damages. In this case, I was lucky, and there wasn't! But it's still weird that the head came loose in the package!
