I hate to say it, but thanks to fresher female employees and idiot HRs, wages have gone down. I've seen many institutions in search of employees who are primarily ladies. Why? Less pay, easy fire, and they are absolutely fine with it. If any government authority is seeing this comment kindly do the needful. As a 32 years old with average IQ and two degree and a PG. Due to genenal category system I was not able to pass any governmnt exam due to mark cutoff after years of preparation. Due to the category system and qouta, the mark is set so high as compared to other categories for attaing government job is nearly impossible.I work in private firm for just 15000 per month. Due to instability in job and less salary and workload stress I can't survive in Kerala. How can I live here.? If i thought about leaving this country say 6 or7 years ago. I would have been much happy.This is the case of many generations.
